Our tofu is handmade with the use of quality Japanese soybeans and natural ingredients (to be changed every month. We’re especially proud of our “Kawari tofu” made with the best seasonal ingredients.

We mainly serve Japanese cuisine with an emphasis on breakfast as it is a crucial meal to boost our energy.
Based on the concept of “go healthy”, we utilize chemical-free/ low-pesticide organic vegetables from Kiyokawa Village, where a clear stream passes through. Fish are from Kamae Fishing Port in southern Oita; rice is from Kusumachi in the west of the prefecture, famous for delicious white rice...all for a satisfying meal.

Breakfast and dinner are served at our dining places "Waremoko" (1st floor) or "Yusura An" (2nd floor)
Take in the panoramic view of Yufuin through the huge windows of our restaurant on the 1st floor. Embark on your culinary odyssey while admiring the magnificent nature. A terrace with the pleasant breeze of Yufuin. The restaurant terrace on the 1st floor is a great photo spot with breathtaking views.

Our ryokan will do our best to accommodate you if you are allergic to any of the 7 specified raw materials.
We can accommodate single-item allergies but may not be able to do the same for everything as some allergens of ingredients such as wheat and soy are also found in seasonings.
All menus are cooked in the same kitchen and there is a chance of contamination (adulteration of a small amount).
Therefore, we may have a chance not to be able to accommodate it depending on the nature of the allergy such as severe and multi-commodity allergies.
In case you need our allergy accommodation, please inform us in advance until 3 days before your arrival. Allergens that can be handled are as follows.
