Allergies

Our ryokan will do our best to accommodate you if you are allergic to any of the 7 specified raw materials. We can accommodate single-item allergies but may not be able to do the same for everything as some allergens of ingredients such as wheat and soy are also found in seasonings.
All menus are cooked in the same kitchen and there is a chance of contamination (adulteration of a small amount). Therefore, we may have a chance not to be able to accommodate it depending on the nature of the allergy such as severe and multi-commodity allergies.

In case you need our allergy accommodation, please inform us in advance until 3 days before your arrival. Allergens that can be handled are as follows.
